Steam red snaper with lime juice, cilantro and spring onion

Recipe for sauce:
3 tablespoons cilantro
1/4 cup clam sauce/ fish soup
2 tablespoons chopped green/ spring onion
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
