Fried fish in tomato sauce

Sauce:
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 lemon
3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon rice wine
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Water

2 tablespoon cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce
