Fried nam yu pork

** ugly but taste ok =D
Sent via BlackBerry from Maxis

Recipe:
4 tbs nam yu (preserved bean curd)
1tbs five spice powder
1 tbs soy sauce (can exclude this because it is kinda salty)
1 tbs oyster sauce
Marinate with pork for at least 2 hours

*1 egg
*5 tbs cornflour
Add in before frying
